We are looking for volunteer writers to join our editorial team. Successful candidates will be responsible for writing articles on how to make the world a better place, inspire a new generation of changemakers, and attract much-needed donations.
You’ll help thousands worthy charitable organisations reach the giving public. Your stories will appear on our media platform and social accounts.
As a volunteer writer you will be assigned a range of topics to choose from by our Editor in Chief that fit into our core themes of health, environment, social services, arts & culture, equality, and giving.
We'd be delighted to hear pitches from you. It would be a bonus if you have some expertise in one of our core themes. As long as your ideas fit in with our mission and tone of voice, the (kinder) world is your oyster.
Your will work closely with our Editor in Chief, who will give you editorial support at every stage of your writing journey. The number of hours you work is up to you, but we expect a minimum commitment of 2 articles a month.
Our company is based in Amsterdam but you're welcome to work from anywhere. If you're looking to expand your portfolio, and make the world a kinder place, this is the position for you.
Kinder is a donation platform that vets charities. Every charitable organisation on our platform must pass our basic criteria demonstrating transparency, accountability, and effectiveness to receive donations. Our team of expert researchers continue to collaborate with the charities on our platform to improve their benchmarks. This helps charities have greater impact, while giving individual donors (people like you!) greater confidence in their donations.
Kinder is a proud equal opportunity employer. That means we don’t discriminate based on religion, identity, race or sexuality—we celebrate difference. We encourage everyone to apply, we’ll be thrilled to have you.
Sounds like you? Send us your application and we'll get back to you shortly.
